We Can't Improve the Intangible!

Hey Team - I just had a great meeting with the Leadership Team about lessons learned from CTG to help strengthen future WCH systems (grant writing, media, fiscal, etc). At a future staff meeting, I'll tell the story of a simple Quality Improvement tool we piloted to debrief CTG (this blog post is my method of accountability!)
