Tom presented the Community Transformation Grant to health officers around the state on a DHS webinar today (skip to 16:00). He does a fantastic job of laying out the basics, and I loved the quick jab about how Wisconsin currently spends $0 GPR for obesity prevention.
Our current State Health Officer Henry Andersen described the project as an "energizing, exciting activity... that is an opportunity to move public health forward."
