I drove down to Delavan yesterday for the Local Food Network Summit. Among many compelling presentations was one by Dane County Extension Economic Development folks about their Food Hub Feasibility Study and plans to move forward with a local/regional food hub. As you may know, policy and fiscal support for statewide food hubs are a goal of CTG in the later years of the grant.
It was curious, though, that they don't really look at all at health outcomes as a benefit. It's cursory.
