Exciting Friday

Today's Song of the Week was "Gotta Go Home" by Boney M (congrats, Natalie!)... can't wait to see your Halloween costumes.

For those of you on staff that haven't heard, we were invited by the CDC today to join a CTG teleconference for "potential recipients". They declined any further description of the "next step" that everyone on the call had achieved - or how close that is to the final list of awardees. They announced a delay of the start date from 9/15 to 9/30, and that email notifications of awards are expected to be made between Monday and Friday next week (delays possible). These will be accompanied by short teleconferences to renegotiate budgets and work plans where necessary.

Please note that the CDC has requested that we make no public announcement of the status of our application, the emails, or the webinar.
