Nancy Duarte (Slide:ology, Resonate) shares how she thinks great presentation share an architecture similar to how great stories do. Worth taking the time to watch if you are out and about presenting.
I want Nancy Duarte to do the closing keynote for the Conference!! Could you imagine her doing this presentation to send folks off at the end? AWESOME! How much do you think she would cost us?
Thanks Sarah. Love the reminders to consciously bring stories, songs, and other references the audience already knows into a presentation, and that the audience holds the heroes - presenters are just the transmitters (yoda).
I love the message at the 4 min mark - the heros are the audience (listeners) and the motivator is the speaker. This parallels what we found in our evaluation - listening is key for motivation and change... Thanks Sarah !!
