Carrie and I received notifications today that both the alcohol and obesity applications for the Wisconsin Partnership Fund cleared the first hurdle today! Apparently there were 90 applicants I don't know what they mean by "limited number" who made the cut.
Both Clearinghouse-supported proposals are focused on coordinating existing partners into more collaborative and efficient networks for policy impact. The alcohol application pairs Dr. Rich Brown with Health First WI and the obesity application pairs Dr. Dale Scholler with WIPAN.
Next step is to complete full applications (13 pages + budget) by Friday September 30th. Projects (up to $400,000) would start April 1, 2012 and run for 3 years.
